Refund Policy

This policy regulates the cancellation and refund terms for reservations made via HalıSaha+. A venue may set a different policy for specific reservations; if so, it is clearly shown on the reservation page.

1. Free cancellation window

Every reservation has a free cancellation window, shown clearly on the payment screen. The venue sets this window; if it has not set one, the HalıSaha+ standard applies (currently 48 hours before match time).

  • Cancelling with more time than the window remaining: the full amount paid is refunded (bank reflection may take 3-14 business days).
  • Cancelling after the window has passed, or not showing up (no-show): no refund is issued; the amount paid stands as a deposit for the capacity reserved.
  • If the cancellation comes from the venue, the organizer or HalıSaha+: you are refunded in full regardless of timing.

A cancellation by the captain who set up the match is not held against the other participants: if it falls within the window, everyone who paid is refunded in full.

2. Exceptions (force majeure)

If the match is cancelled by the venue due to force majeure (weather, natural disaster, public-health measures), the amount is refunded in full.

3. Refund method

  • Card payments are refunded to the original card. Bank reflection may take 3-14 business days.
  • Because Bank Transfer/EFT payments go directly to the venue's (or, for tournaments, the organizer's) IBAN, the refund is likewise made by the venue/organizer who received the money, to the IBAN you provide — these payments cannot be refunded to a card automatically since they never pass through the platform. You submit your IBAN in the app; HalıSaha+ tracks the process and you can report if you did not receive your refund.

4. Partial refunds

If the roster cannot be filled and the reservation falls through, players who paid receive an automatic full refund.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Open the reservation detail in the app or web portal.
  2. Tap "Cancel" or "Request refund".
  3. For force majeure or edge cases, email destek@halisahaplus.com — we reply within 24 hours.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, leisure-time services for a specific date do not grant a statutory right of withdrawal. The windows above are HalıSaha+'s commercial refund allowance.
