Distance Sales Agreement
Son güncelleme: 2026-09-15
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is established electronically under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
1. Parties and Sales Models
Seller / intermediary service provider:Parpali Yazılım ve Bilişim Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("HalıSaha+").
Buyer: The consumer who creates a reservation or joins a match on the HalıSaha+ platform.
Who the seller is depends on the type of service:
- Venue reservation (standard):The actual seller of the reservation fee is the venue operator (for tournaments and events, the organizer). HalıSaha+ acts as an "intermediary service provider" under Law No. 6563, providing reservation, promotion, payment facilitation and technical infrastructure services.
- Organized by HalıSaha+:For some matches, HalıSaha+ rents the pitch slot from the venue in its own name and on its own account, pays for it itself and sells it to the Buyer as a "match organization service". In these matches the seller is HalıSaha+ itself; the venue is where the service is performed. These matches are clearly marked "Organized by HalıSaha+" on the platform.
- HalıSaha+ weekly match:An organized match by HalıSaha+ that repeats on the same day and time every week; the seller is HalıSaha+. Joining the weekly match pool is free and creates no payment commitment; pool membership alone does not form a sales contract. Each week's match is a separate sale.
2. Subject
Regulation of the parties' rights and obligations arising from the electronic purchase and use of a reservation right, or of the right to take part in a match, for the venue, date and time indicated at the payment step.
3. Essential Characteristics and Payment
- The Buyer initiates the transaction by accepting the venue or match name, date, time and amount shown on the payment screen. Prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT.
- Card payments are collected via iyzico 3D Secure; card data is not stored on HalıSaha+ servers.
- Where offered in the app, bank transfer/EFT payments are made to the IBAN shown on screen: for standard reservations the account of the venue operator (for tournaments and events, the organizer); for matches organized by HalıSaha+ the account of HalıSaha+.
4. Formation of the Agreement
For card payments, the Agreement is concluded when the Buyer confirms the payment, completes 3D Secure verification and the amount is successfully collected. For bank transfer/EFT, the Agreement is concluded when receipt of the payment in the recipient's account is confirmed; if the payment does not arrive or cannot be confirmed, no Agreement is formed. For HalıSaha+ weekly matches, a separate Agreement is formed for each week's match upon that week's payment.
5. Invoicing
For venue reservations, the invoice is issued by the relevant venue operator (for tournaments and events, the organizer) and shared electronically with the Buyer. For payments for matches organized by HalıSaha+ and weekly matches, HalıSaha+ is the seller and issues the invoice.
6. Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refunds
Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, leisure-time services that must be performed on a specific date or period carry no right of withdrawal. Notwithstanding this, HalıSaha+ provides refunds under its Refund Policy, which sets out the conditions for the free-cancellation window, a participant leaving a match, matches organized by HalıSaha+ and weekly matches. The Refund Policy is an integral part of this Agreement.
7. Disputes
For consumer complaints, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at their place of residence or purchase. Monetary thresholds are updated annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
8. Effectiveness
The Agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's electronic approval and ends upon performance of the service. The date of approval and the approved version are stored electronically by HalıSaha+.
