How does Quick Match work?

You publish a listing with your district, available days/times and skill level; HalıSaha+ matches you into open games and with players that fit you. 'Matches Waiting for You' shows games tailored to you, and '+1 Friend' lets you invite a buddy to search the same match. No team or contacts needed.

Which cities can I use HalıSaha+ in?

HalıSaha+ works across Turkey; pitches are listed by province and district. You can see the pitches nearest to your location and book right from the app.

What sets HalıSaha+ apart from other pitch apps?

Booking, match- and player-finding, team building, tournaments, duels and a discover feed all combine in one app. In particular, duels (1v1 team challenges) and the discover feed are unique to HalıSaha+.

Usage as a player is entirely free. You only pay the pitch fee during reservation.

How do I sign up?

Download the mobile app or register on the web. After phone/email verification, complete your profile.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete account. After the request, all your data is deleted within 30 days (end of KVKK retention period).

What happens after I reserve?

The captain sets the payment rule. Players join the roster as they pay. Reservations that can't be completed are auto-cancelled.

How does the waitlist work?

Once the roster is full, added players join the waitlist. When someone cancels, the next one is invited automatically.

What is a duel match?

A 'find your rival' mode where two teams face off. You invite the opposing squad via HalıSaha+ and chat before the match.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards via iyzico, plus bank transfer deposits and pay-on-site options. 3D Secure is required for card payments.

Do I get a refund if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Every reservation has a free-cancellation window, shown on the payment screen. The venue sets it; if it doesn't, the platform standard applies (currently 48 hours before match time). Cancel within the window for a full refund; after it, no refund is issued. If the cancellation comes from the venue or the roster can't be completed, you are refunded in full regardless of timing.

Is my card data safe?

Your card data never reaches HalıSaha+ servers or your browser. Transactions happen in the iyzico 3D Secure iframe.
